Harley is a spit-fire. She's constantly moving, constantly doing something. She hates sitting around idly, and not getting anything accomplished. She's quite the troublemaker, constantly playing pranks and putting her feet on the desks, writing inappropriate things on her school assignments (with nothing else on them), and skipping school. Though she means well, she has a bit of an abrasive personality, and tells it how she sees it. This doesn't mean, however, that she's a bad friend, or that she can't help people when they need it, or, god forbid, that she can't lie. She's always willing to help when she needs to, and if the circumstance calls for it, she's got a perfectly silver tongue. She's talked her way out of more than a few tickets and arrests. Aside from all that, she is extremely competitive. She'll take on just about any challenge that you give her, whether she thinks she can win it or not. If she loses, she'll try to find something to challenge you to that she can win at, so the two of you will be even at least, even if she has to resort to a sing-off.
Harley was born in Los Angeles, California, to two very wealthy, very adventurous parents, her father being a German jewelry designer, and her mother being an American high-fashion designer. Though she grew to know LA as her home, she was constantly moving around and going on trips with her family, in order to assuage the desire for adventure they all had. She can speak a few different languages fluently, from all her trips to foreign countries, including German, French, Spanish, and bits and pieces of others, such as Romanian. Though she was born in America, her entire family is German, and they raised her on their native language, teaching her English as a second.
As she started to visit LA more often, she learned she had a knack for fashion, and with people. She weaseled her way into groups of people easily, and, as her parents were easy-going as it was, and didn't believe in American drinking laws, so she not only attended, but also hosted parties, which grew in size as her parents began to leave her hame more and more often. She at first stuck to weed, alcohol, and cigarettes, but has started experimenting with other drugs.
She’s living in a huge house that her parents use as a “summer house” of sorts, so she finish high school out in one go, but the way things are looking, she’s not too keen on the idea. She’s too caught up in the scene, letting it whirl her away, without any thought to her future. She’s very spontaneous and is given so much money that she is perfectly enabled to be as much.
